DJ Goce is International DJ and Producer from Skopje, Macedonia. His involvement in music starts in the early 90’s as founding member of the, now legendary, Hip Hop collective S.A.F. Hip Hop took him on a long journey of digging and exploring music thru the years, expanding his vinyl collection and going further into Rare Grooves, Breaks , Soul, Jazz, Funk and more, developing his production and DJ-ing skills and style along the way.
DJ Goce toured as DJ with Gang Starr Foundation, S.A.F., Bad Copy, Strajk & L.D. Pistolero. DJ-ed shows for The Beatnuts, Jeru The Damaja, STR2 , Greenout, Smoke Mardeljano, Illa J, Buddha Monk and more.
In his DJ career he shared the stage and played together with Diamond D, Fred Wesley, Large Professor, Das Efx, Nicolle Willis & The Soul Investigators, Mobb Deep, Ghostface, DJ Koco aka Shimokita, DJ Maseo (De La Soul), Natasha Diggs, DJ Sebb, DJ Dice, DJ Format, Terrence Parker, DJ Angelo, DJ Flip, John 1st, DJ Cheeba, DJ Turne, Boca 45, DJ Vadim, Rob Manga and many more.
Apart from having local and regional residencies and performances thru Balkan area, DJ Goce performed in clubs, events and festivals in Germany, U.K., France, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Greece, Slovenia, Bulgaria etc. Did streams and radio shows for We Funk Radio, Soul In The Horn, World B-Boy Classic, Wednesdays On Wax, Radio D59B etc. DJ Goce in his career played corporate events for companies like Apple, Microsoft, Nike, Adidas, DC Shoes, Mercedes Benz, B.M.W., Red Bull, Heineken, Smirnoff, Marlboro, Winston, T-Mobile, Marriot etc.
DJ Goce is part of the Dusty Donuts label as producer and part of the Dusty Donuts DJ Squad. Founder, together with DJ Chvare, of Funky Fresh and Skopje Vinyl Convention. One of the founders of “Balkan Loves Dilla”, artist on U.K. label Millennium Jazz Music and owner of Bootlegs Basement Lab studio. His long list of production credits include S.A.F., Strajk, STR2, L.D. Pistolero, Greenout, Legijata, Bad Copy, Smoke Mardeljano, Bvana, Group Home, Conquering Lion, Edo Maajka, Valid, Kandzija and more.
DJ Goce sets vary from Hip Hop to various music that inspired him thru the years like Soul, Funk, P Funk, Boogie, Disco, Jazz, Neo Soul, R’n’B, Reggae, Original Breaks and more, all with some B-Boy flavor on top.
